Chantilly
Family Practice Center (CFPC)
is a full service medical facility that provides comprehensive
family practice and urgent medical care to area patients and
to over 500 businesses. Currently, our medical center accommodates
over a hundred patients per day. The services range from pediatrics
to adult care, simple visits to emergencies, basic labs to complex
diagnostics and much more. We accept all major insurance
plans including all major HMOs and PPOs in the DC Metro area.
Special attention is devoted to developing and providing comprehensive
occupational medicine services to corporate clients. Availability
of state-of-the-art equipment helps our center deliver quality
services in the most efficient and effective manner.

Physicals: Chantilly Family Practice Center (CFPC)
is an approved site by Immigration and Naturalization Services
(USCIS). At Chantilly Family Practice Center (CFPC) we
can perform your immigration physical any day of the week. The

Medical Program: Offers advance, state-of-the-art

Program: supervised by a licensed nutritionist and health coach,
Christine Haas, M.S., L.D.N., C.N.S., C.P.T., offers a healthy approach to losing 2-5 pounds
