Diana Haverlack RPT -
Graduate from the University of Pittsburgh in April of 1977
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Specialty areas
include, Acute care, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Neurology.
Diana has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association
since 1975.

Dr.
Rajesh Mehra, D.O., FAAFP: Medical
Director and founder of Chantilly Family Practice Center in
1988 as a local medical facility. He is a graduate of
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Mehra
is also on staff of local hospitals, including Inova Fairfax
Hospital, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital and Reston Hospital Center.
His experience and knowledge earned him great respect in the
community and allowed to successfully manage multiple federal
and private contracts.
Haritha
Yalamanchilli, MD - Medical Doctor: She graduated from Srivenkateswara Medical School, AP, India.
She had her residency training at UPMC McKeesport. She
also did a Fellowship in Women's Health at VA Medical Center,
Syracuse, NY. She is a certified ACLS Provider. She is
a member of American Academy of Medical Physicians.
Christopher
A. Luster MPAS, PA-C - Physician Assistant: Entered
U.S. Army after High School. Received BS and Masters Degree
in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Nebraska.
Retired from Military after 24 years of service. Holds accreditation
with the NCCPA and carries certification in Advance Cardiac
Life Support and Basic Life Support. Strong back ground in sports related injuries and treatment.
Vishal Kumar - Certified X-Ray Technician:
He is a Certified
technician for Radiology, Audiology, DEXA (Bone Density Scan), Stress
Test, Lab and Breath Analyzer. He is also a certified in Drug Screen
Collection Technician (Urine, Saliva and Hair). He
also studied at GND University, India, and received
a Medical Doctor in Alternative Ayurveda Medicine.
Mr. Kumar is certified by OSHA (Occupational Safety
and Health Administration).
We
have trained personnel (Doctors, Nurses, Medical
Assistants, Lab Technicians and office staff) that speak
Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, French, Farsi, Chinese,
Tagalog, Arabic as
well as others.
